Y2W6 Day 1

I am now working!

And let me tell you I am tired.  I re-oganized a supply room for 5 hours today and there was a lot of lifting involved.  I also pedaled to and from work.  My body is sore.

Today was also special because it was the first day I jogged outside in the morning for exercise.  I did a 3 mile loop in 35:30.  I felt really good starting out and felt like I was going fairly fast, but my time does not reflect this.  I must have slowed down more than I thought I did.

I was too tired and sore to go to the gym after work today.  That was bad of me but my body does feel worked and I think I will be able to get back into the groove pretty soon.
