Y2W6 Day 2

Today was a much better day all around.  I went to the gym and got in a full 60 minutes on the elliptical machine.   I pedaled into work and back in 35 minutes, which is 5 minutes faster than I had done it previously.  My work day did not exhaust me and I was able to go to the gym after work and weight lift and get some bonus cardio in.  Today rocked!

I am finding I am eating better now that I have structure in my day.  I don’t snack during the day since I am busy and don’t realize how the time flies by.  It will be interesting to see if I drop more weight with this employment change.
