Today was an OK day. I took it easier on the leg presses today but felt it was important to get some time in working those same muscles. I had a great bench press workout today. I worked out up to 245 pounds. That is not the most I ever did but it was a good amount for me and the most I have pushed in a while. To finish off my weightlifting I did 3 sets of barbell dead lifts. I did not want to tweak my back so I kept it light at 135 pounds. Now that the run is behind me I need to find something new to focus on and work towards.
