Y2W43 Day 2

AM:
5 sets Hack squats
5 sets bench press
4 sets lat pull downs
4 sets leg extensions

Today was supposed to be a run day but the weather did not cooperate. It was wet from rain thought it was not currently raining but the temps were low and we decided to skip it today. Maybe tomorrow.
