AM:
6 sets leg presses
4 sets incline bench press
20 min elliptical machine

PM:
30 min elliptical machine

Today was a good day. I was able to hit the gym twice and feel like I did OK with my workouts. I was better with my eating but still not great. I need to get back to doing some small changes and getting back on track.
