I really felt this workout. My legs were burning during the dead lift as were my forearm muscles. It was difficult keeping a grip on the weights.

30 min elliptical machine
Today was another good day for eating better. I did a normal breakfast (I don’t have problems with breakfast time), snacks during the day of protein bars and a bagel with peanut butter and cream cheese (I need to tighten up my snacking), and a good dinner of ground chicken meatloaf with instant mashed potatoes and asparagus. I should have eaten less mashed potatoes, but all in all I was happy with today.
