Today was an exhausting day! I only had about 5.5-6 hours of sleep and it was not enough. I was dragging all day. I was heavier on the calories today as well. I had some sausage gravy over a biscuit as a morning snack that added 500-600 calories I would not normally have on my daily total. I enjoyed it for sure, but it did not do me any favors.
Dinner tonight was amazing! Filet Mignon, broccoli and brown rice.
