Y2W49 Day 3

What a morning workout!  I leg presses 950 lbs for 3 repetitions!  A new personal best!

AM:
9 sets of leg presses

PM:
30 min elliptical machine

What a day. I was pumped up all day with my good lift. I don’t even feel like my legs are really hurting which is a good thing. I plan to continue tightening up my eating and pushing in the gym and see how the scale goes. I am back on course!
