Today was an off day. I needed to work off site so I needed to either get up much earlier than I already do or do a short workout in the morning. I chose to to do the shorted workout. I did break a good sweat jogging so it was a good workout. I spent the day up and down ladders and reaching and bending. I also did not get my normal break times or lunch so I was running a pretty good calorie deficit all day. In the end I was slightly higher in calories than I wanted but not real bad. I am looking forward to tomorrow being a normal day.
