Y2W50 Day 1

AM:
30 lb Dumbbell aerobics 4 sets of:
10 push-ups
8 overhead presses
10 body weight squats
10 dumbbell dead lifts
8 alternating arm curls
10 sit-ups

20 min elliptical machine

PM:
3 sets of 10 body weight squats

Today was an OK day. My morning workout was amazing. I really felt the burn. My PM workout was weak, but I needed to go grocery shopping and I also needed to renew my web site registrations and domain hosting so today was an off day. I did make a kick ass dinner. Salmon, cooked carrots and cooked spinach. Good stuff.
