Y3W2 Day 2

AM:
3.5 mile jog!

It was really tough this morning going that far. I have been doing the elliptical machine and weights in the morning and have slacked off on jogging. I felt sore today but not horribly so. I am going to give the elliptical and weights routine another couple weeks and by then it might be warm enough for regular jogging outside again.
