My legs are so sore from the leg presses yesterday. I have been hurting big time. Miriam wanted to do a longer jog today as training for her 10 mile race and I thought about jogging for a second. The second it took me to swing my legs out of bed and realize how much my legs still hurt from the squats! So I pedaled my bike in low gears with her as she jogged. Overdoing it really is a bad feeling, but at the same time I know I really worked my muscles. On the bike ride today someone from the gym was out riding with his kids and wife and hollered a hello to me. This is the second time we have bumped into each outer while out and about. Last time was shopping at Trader Joe’s.
