Week 44 Day 1

Monday!  and I got nothing accomplished!  Well I did go to the gym twice today so it was not all bad.

AM:

30 min on the treadmill.   I jogged a mile, walked 4 minutes then did some intervals of a minute fast run and a minute walking.
30 min elliptical machine

PM:
weights
6 sets bench press
4 sets leg press
5 sets dumbbell overhead press
3 sets alternate arm curls (standing)
3 sets ez-bar curls

Not to bad of a day after all. I feel good, I worked my muscles and I am ready for what ever tomorrow brings.
