week 46 Day 4

Still SICK!

I am still sick but not as bad as yesterday. I don’t feel like I am dieing. My stomach is still very upset but I am not in the bathroom every 30 minutes. I decided to take it easy in the morning at the gym so I did 30 minutes on the elliptical machine at lighter levels than what I have been doing and followed that up with 20 minutes on the bike. My afternoon workout was also an easy one. I walked for 30 minutes on the treadmill at 10% incline between 3.0 and 3.7 MPH. I then jogged a 12 minute mile on the treadmill whit it set level. Not bad. I did sweat some.

I hope to be back to normal tomorrow, or at least much better than I was today.
