Y2W11 Day 3

AM:

6 mile run (11 min mile average!)

Today the morning run was all I did.  I was feeling pretty tired  a lot of the day and really wanted to cook a specific dinner.  I got home from work with the possibility of doing a garage workout or dumbbell (NOT cowbell!) workout but once I got started  prepping dinner I lost all interest in additional exercise.   Here is what dinner looked like!

This meal had plenty of protein (chicken breast and cashews) and plenty of veggies (lettuce, carrot, pepper, mushroom and cabbage).  It made us feel good!
