Y2W15 Day 1

AM:
3 mile jog with my wife

PM:
33 minutes weight lifting

Today was a really decent day. I jogged with my wife in the morning (but felt really tired and not into it), took a nap once I got home, woke up and went to work. Work flew by and I was lifting in the gym before I new it. Then it was home to some vegitarian lasagna ( spinach and eggplant, YUM!) and TV with my wife. Life is good!
