AM:
10 min jog
35 min elliptical machine
15 min stair stepper

PM:
skipped workout to take care of some errands.

Today was a pretty good day.  I had a great morning workout and work went well.  I was in the groove, in the zone, I was being the ball, I was unstoppable!  I hope tomorrow will be the same!
