Back to the grind!

AM:
34 min jog with my wife

PM:
22 min aerobics

Today was a good day. I felt good exercising (up until I really needed to use the bathroom!) and ate differently today. I did not eat breakfast at home, I waited until I got into work. This saved me about 400 to 500 calories on the start. I don’t know if I will always do this but it is something I need to explore.

Dinner rocked today, We had salmon, corn on the cob and broccoli. It felt good to eat a regular meal.
