Y2W17 Day 3

Today was a good day.

AM:
30 min stair machine ( I had sweat a lot!)
30 min elliptical machine

PM:
40 min elliptical machine

Today was a good day, I had a great morning workout, an easy but busy day at work and then off to my afternoon workout which was also a good one. I had the pleasure of making a steak dinner with mushrooms and served it over a salad. I did eat some pasta also and will hopefully be good to go for my morning run. The weather has been threatening rain almost every day so I have not been pedaling into work much lately. That will hopefully change soon as I really want to get back to riding in. I hope to be adding distance to my running again starting next week. I think I will be back to where I need to be mentally and physically. I hope by the end of July to be jogging a 10 mile distance so I can time myself and see where I might be. It is good to have goals.
