3 sets bench press (muscles were tired from yesterday)
5 sets hack squat machine
4 sets leg presses
4 sets cable flies
20 minutes on elliptical machine

36 min bike ride to/from work
Today I took it easy and skipped the gym in the afternoon. I have been having a headache nag me for most of the day. I did get a haircut though to take advantage of the time that would have been spent in the gym.
Tonight for dinner I cooked a middle eastern themed meal. I cooked lamb chops, spinach and also some mashed chick peas. Dinner rocked!
Seeing the picture here it looks like I made creamed corn. That is not corn it is mashed up chick peas, I swear!
