Y2W22 Day 5

Today was pretty good.  I lifted this morning for 35 minutes and then did 25 minutes on the elliptical machine.  I worked my day and was really sore from sitting at my desk.  I was sore to the point I needed to go to 7-11 and get some advil.    Once it was time to go I was feeling a little bit better.  I made it to the gym and the place was fairly empty.  I decided to do some additional lifting.  I did something crazy, I did hack squats.  I started at 90 pounds as I usually do.  I did a set there and added another 90 pounds and did a set.  I  added 90 poundsagain  and did another set.  I added 90 more pounds for a total of 360 pounds and did a set.  I then worked my was back down.  This was a personal best for me.  I was in the zone!  I then did 30 minutes of elliptical machine as a bonus.  Today rocked!

Dinner was a rushed pre-cooked meal that came together nicely.  It tasted good and looked good too!          

So it is late and it is time for bed, good night America!
