Y2W25 Day 3

A new record!

This morning I lifted in the gym, and I set a record for my leg presses!  I did 860lbs for a 5 count.  That is 50 pounds heavier than my previous best.

This workout rocked! I really feel good about the pushing of the weight. Next time out I am going to try to do 80 on the ez-bar curls.

In the afternoon I did 45 minutes on the elliptical machine. I felt like I needed to since I did not get in any cardio in the morning. Tomorrow is going to be interesting for the run. Will I be fast or slow?
