Y2W31 Day 3

Since I gained a few pounds I decided it was time to change things up again and I will be giving up my weight lifting in the mornings and go back to cardio all mornings with weight lifting on some afternoons.  Since I am focusing on a 10 mile run this also seems like the right thing to do, more cardio, less weights.

AM:
30 min stair stepper
25 min elliptical machine

PM:
40 min elliptical machine

10 min weights
4 sets machine incline press
4 sets machine shoulder press

Tomorrow is a run day for me. I plan to get up extra early so I can cover longer distances if I feel up to it.

I had a great dinner tonight. I cooked some Filet Mignon with onion and hot peppers and served it over a bowl of lettuce. I have drifted away from eating salads as dinners and I am going back to that. I really enjoyed it!
