Run Day!
This morning we went out for a jog. We did 4.72 miles which was less than what we should have done, but it was still plenty for us. Today was a Monday for all intents and purposes. I don’t run Mondays since I need to get my body back into the groove from the weekend and this weekend I was off again.
PM:
35 lb dumbbell workout
6 sets of 10 shoulder press starting from the shoulder
4 sets of deadlifts
4 sets of body weight squats
I felt like I worked out after this routine. It was not a great workout but I did feel the burn after a while so it was not a bad one either. I am feeling really bead and am looking forward to a good night of sleep. I hope that happens for me.
