Y2W41 Day 5

AM:
25 min elliptical machine
4 sets hack squats
4 sets incline bench press

I was still sore this morning so we did not run. Tomorrow will be a makeup day for jogging.

Tonight for dinner I went crazy! I made some chicken pad tai. I used rice noodles, cabbage, mushrooms, pepper, carrots and some shredded broccoli. I bought a peanut sauce as well as an Asian curry sauce.  It came out great.
