40 min elliptical machine

bench press

225-3.5! I got help on the last rep

3 sets assisted pull-ups

4 sets ez-bar curls

Today was a good day. I felt energized and motivated. I was busy at work and that helped. Tomorrow I will be bust also. WOOHOO!
