Y2W48 Day 7

AM:
25 min elliptical machine
15 min treadmill 1 min intervals of jogging

Today was a rest day. We had plans to go hiking but settled in on the couch and never made it out. We took some naps and even did go grocery shopping, but we never made it hiking. We are both OK with that.
