Y2W49 Day 1

AM:
14 min interval jogging on treadmill
30 min elliptical machine

PM:
40 min weight lifting
6 sets Bench press
4 sets EZ-bar curls
3 sets Dumbbell dead lifts 50lbs

Today was a good day. My calorie intake was about 150 calories higher than it should have been but I was still OK with my day. I got a good workout out of both my routines today. I have been enjoying the intervals on the treadmill. It is less continuous pounding on my knees but my heart rate does climb as I jog a little faster for each following interval. I am looking forward to what my routine will look like in a month. Tomorrow I am working off site so my routine might be out of sync, but I will still get my time in.
