Y2W50 Day 4

We went for a run!

Once we got to the house I got on the exercise bike for another 26 minutes. This was a good workout.

PM:
30 min bike

My afternoon workout I choose the bike again so I could catch up on some TV. I could have done more if I went to the gym but I wanted to catch up with some shows so home workout it was.

Dinner tonight was good. I cooked some chicken and also made a veggie stir-fry.
