hack squats super sets with 30lb Dumbbell overhead presses
90-10,10 30lb-10,10
180-10,10 30-10,10
270-10,10 30-10,10

Work today was the most physical day I have had in a long time. I had plenty of up and downs on the floor, and pulling cables through bundles. It was tough. I worked hard all day and was so done when I got home I did not do any other working out. I had to take advil because I was so sore.
