PM:
bike ride in low gear with my wife jogging!
Today I had to work offsite so I exercised at home. I get a better workout in the gym but I would have lost 10 minutes each way if I had gone there. Instead I put that time into pushups and squats.
Work was busy today. I was racing against the clock to be done and out before rush hour kicked in. Today I was lucky!
