There was a big earthquake today. It rocked the building I was working in. I was able to see parking light poles swaying like palm trees. WOW!
Dinner ruled today. I had tilapia, mashed red potatoes and spinach.
I consumed a little under 2,400 calories today. That is high for me but I did have a killer weight workout today that lasted over an hour so I am OK with it.
