Today was a decent day. Work flowed, the air was cool for my bike riding and we had work to do. I am stressing over a team project, looks like the whole team is not on the same sheet of music. I am worried some are waiting until the last minute to get it done.

Y4W25 Day 4

AM:

Today was great! I lost another pound. They are coming off slowly but that is OK. I also was able to increase the weight of the dumbbells for the first 2 rounds of exercises that I do in the morning. Excellent! Things are going well, and I like it!

Woohoo another good day. we had work, we had fun, we had clouds we had sun. All is good. Today I noticed I can start to see some changes in my physique. That is cool. The dumbbell routine is paying off. My wife commented to me she saw the changes but today was the first day I saw it.

Today was a good day. I had a great night of sleep and had some work to do as well. All went well and life is good. I am feeling a little tired but can cope with it.

Y4W25 Day 1

So today I started a new challenge. It is one for my class. I will pedal into work twice a week (weather allowing) and I will take the stairs at work. If I need to use the bathroom I will go up or down 1 floor to do it. I will be doing this for the next 4 weeks.

Y4W24 Day 7

Today was a good day. I was able to get out and enjoy the day some even though I had school work to complete. I was able to do most of what I set out to do. If only I could add 5 more hours in the day then I could have it all!

Y4W24 Day 6

AM:
2.5 hour hike at Seneca Tract along the Potomac river

It was a great day! We had cooler temperatures and despite the parking lot being near full we only crossed paths with the same 2 joggers twice and 2 other families with dogs and a couple on horseback. AMAZING! We found a canoe that Miriam wanted but we were going to have to struggle to retrieve it and carry it back up the trail, up hill. We were about 45 minutes from the truck at this point.

Now for the yuck of the day. Though I had my paper typed I was not able to easily attach my supplemental information to my paper and submit it as a single document as needed. I struggled for 3 hours trying different things and could not get it. In the end I found a work around that was less than ideal but I atleast got the information into the paper as needed.

School work got the best of me again, I have been missing a few posts on time. I am doing the best I can with keeping this going. Just a temporary situation on the way to getting my degree.

I was pumped up! I was able to get the paper typed today which means we can go for a longer hike and travel longer to get to a destination! this rocks!

Today was a busy day at work. I was demoing a boatload of cables. We worked all day today and sweated while doing it! In a computer room set to 68 degrees! We both scratched up our arms working today. We look like we were playing rough with kitties that had sharp claws.

SO My mom was skeptical of the skydiving picture. Could it be I am afraid of flying? or maybe because I don’t like heights? Or maybe because I would never jump out of a plane? We she was right, it was only a look alike. Well done.
