Week 36 Day 5

Happy Friday!  And in the spirit of funny on Friday check out this yacht being launched in China.

AM:
10 min jog
35 min stair stepper
10 min jog

PM:
63 minutes of weight lifting including Dumbbell bench press, incline dumbbell bench press, leg press, assisted chin-ups, shoulder presses and leg extensions. I felt good!

Today I did well with my eating. I was actually in control all day. I consumed 2,254 calories for the day. As usual dinner was the meal winner. I made Cashew Chicken, stir fry veggies and some ramen noodles.

That was one tasty dinner!  I hope to be light tomorrow as I really need to drop these last 5 pounds.  I have an idea for my acomplishment shirt for when I actually make it.   Tomorrow is going to be a fun filled day!
