Week 36 Day 4

Something funny to start this off!

So today was a cardio day. I did 20 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes on the elliptical trainer and 20 minutes on the bike for my morning hour. I broke a good sweat and felt like I did something. That was cool.

In the afternoon I did more cardio. I did 60 minutes on the elliptical machine setting my own elevation and difficulty settings. This shook things up for the hour I was on the machine. It helped Futurama was playing on comedy central.

I did good with my food until the end. I blew it watching the Ultimate Fighter. I pigged out on a bag of baked Ritz crackers. Dinner was good, I made Beef with Broccoli over brown rice.

Well  tomorrow is filled with possibilities.  May yours be full of surprizes.  Good surprizes.
