Week 37 Day 1

Sore from the speed hiking yesterday!

AM:

45 min elliptical stepper machine

PM:

45 min of weightlifting.  Bench press, pull-ups,  over head presses,and dead lifts.

 

Job hunting has become more time consuming.  I have been spending a lot of time looking on line and working my resume.  Things will work out soon.

Here is a peak at what we had for dinner.  Steak, spinach and mashed turnips.  Delicious!
