Week 43 Day 4

A short one today.

AM:
10 min jog
30 min elliptical machine
20 min bike

PM:
50 min stair stepper machine

I feel ok today. I did eat too much but there was a lot of veggies today so tomorrow morning will be interesting. My workouts today were slightly off from yesterday’s leg presses. I was stiff. It was good though, my muscles were worked!
