Week 43 day 5

In the spirit of Friday being fun, and fun things are funny, check these folks out!

21 min jog
40 min elliptical stepper machine

PM:
Weights

Assisted pull-ups
leg presses
dumbbell overhead presses
cable incline bench presses
cable chest flies
cable curls
cable triceps

It was a pretty good day. I got up early, went out some today but in the end I did eat more than I should have. I am looking forward to spending tomorrow with my wife!
