A JOB LEAD!
Today was a rainy day. A really rainy day. Our basement too on water as the drain was clogged in the basement. I sloshed through it and cleared the drain, then off to the gym.
AM:
22 min jog
20 min elliptical machine
20 min stair stepper
PM:
Weights!
5 sets Dumbbell bench press
3 sets DB incline bench press
5 sets leg presses
3 sets DB overhead presses
4 sets cable flies
4 sets ez-bar curls
I felt really good doing the dumbbell exercises today. I worked out up to 80 pound dumbbells for the bench press and really felt my stabilizer muscles working. Today was a great day except for the rain.
Dinner was good too. I cooked up some chicken thighs and added 2 bags of frozen stir fry veggies. It rocked!
I hope to have some more news to report on the job lead some time tomorrow.
