Week 49 Day 1

It snowed today!

That was unexpected!

AM:
60 min elliptical machine

PM:
54 min weight lifting
4 sets assisted pull ups
4 sets Dumbbell overhead press
5 sets leg press
4 sets cable bench press
3 sets cable flies
4 sets cable tri’s
4 sets cable curls

I fell pretty good about today’s workouts. I feel worked! Dinner tonight was something outside the box. I made cornbread stuffed with Hebrew National 97% fat free hotdogs (Only 45 calories and 6 grams of protein per hotdog) and hot peppers. I also made a nice big gardern salad to go with it.

I added some blue cheese crumbles to my salad and topped it with a honey musturd vinegar mix.   I endjoyed the meal a lot but in the end I shorted myself on protein for the day.   I ended up eating a can of tuna to help balance out my needs for the day.  I am looking forward to tomorrow and seeing what will come with it!
