Week 49 Day 5

Happy Friday!

AM:
15 min dumbbell aerobics
45 min elliptical stepper

PM:
Weights
5 sets assisted pull-ups
5 sets leg press machine
4 sets incline bench press
4 sets cables bench press
3 sets cables flies
4 sets leg extensions

A good day all in all. I ate well today but did consume too many calories.

Breakfast:  478 calories

3 turkey sausage, 4 hard boiled egg whites, 1 instant oatmeal and 1 Greek yogurt

Lunch:      785 calories   ( I did not need the 170 cal of almonds!)

Steak with spinach and a handful of almonds

Dinner:    1204 cal!   ( I really blew it here.  I should have had more salad and less pizza)

Large salad and a ground turkey and veggie pizza on thin wheat crust.

Before the calories were all totalled there were some snacks of low calorie crackers, grapes, cherries, and a 60 calorie jello pudding.   It all added up in the end.  If I had cut 400-500 calories off dinner I would have been golden.  Maybe tomorrow I can be better.
