Y2W2 Day 1

Another Monday rolls around, and it was a cold morning again.  It sure is tough getting up and heading out into it. But I did it and I felt good for doing it.

AM:
21 min jog 2 miles
40 min elliptical machine

PM:
50 minutes weight lifting
5 sets of cable bench press
3 sets of cable chest flies
7 sets of leg presses
5 sets of machine shoulder presses
5 sets of EZ-Bar curls

I felt pretty good today. I was able to tell I had way to many carbs these last few days as I was sluggish on Sunday and I needed a 20 minute nap today after I had taken a 45 minute nap earlier in the day. Tomorrow I will be focusing on more protein and less carbs to get back to feeling my best. I started with dinner tonight, I cooked some chicken and roasted 3 bunches of asparagus. I really enjoyed the meal and I hope to feel more energized in the morning.
