Y2W12 Day5

Happy Friday!  What a long week it was.

AM:
34 min jog with the wife
(I went back to bed for another 1 hour power nap!)

PM:
65 min Neighborhood walk with my wife

This week I really felt beat like a workhorse. I am going to look at upping my protein next week to see if that helps. I am also going to ease up on the carbs. Since I started at the new gym I need to tighten up and this will be an easy way for me to do that.

My wife made an amazing dinner for us after the walk.  She cooked some chicken breast, and also artichoke hearts, spinach and cherry tomatoes.  Boy was it good!  I did made some instant potatoes to go with the meal since we did not have a carb.
