Y2W14 Day 4

I tried something different this morning during my workout.  I did not try to run.  I did 60 minutes split between 2 different elliptical machines.  The strides and elliptical motions were different so I used them both.    I had a good day of work and was pretty active.  I still felt good after work so it was off to the gym!  I did some weight lifting.

I really felt like I worked my muscles. I wanted to do more exercises but the place was packed and I did not feel like I had the strength to push on other exercises.

I went home had a shower and then cooked a great dinner with my wife. Life is good!
