Y2W16 Day 4

AM:
20 min dumbbell aerobics
30 min elliptical machine

PM:
30 min stair machine (damn did I sweat!)

today was another pretty good day. My workouts were good, work was good and dinner was great! Mt wife put together a dish with some leftover chicken, harvest grains mix and some fruit. WOW is all I can say.
