Y2W18 Day 3

I jogged 5 miles this morning!  I was slow averaging 12 minute miles but I did it!  I am glad I did too.  I have been feeling like I have been losing my distance ability as well as getting slower.  Today was a step in the right direction.

For my afternoon workout I did 30 minutes on the elliptical machine.  I broke a sweat but did not kill myself.  It felt good even after my morning run.  My ankles were slightly sore but nothing bad or like I used to feel.  Today made me feel good all day.
