Today was a really physical day at work. I had plenty of getting down on the ground to work then back to my feet then back on the ground. My whole body was stiff and sore by the time I got home. I was done.

Dinner tonight rocked! ground chicken nachos with avocado and sour cream. I was even good with it, I only had one plate and not two. I also did not add any beans like I normally do.
