Week 35 Day 1

My first day of unemployment!

To celebrate the event I slept in.  I got up at 7:00 am and headed out for the gym and walked!  I figure I might as well save gas and without a job to go to I could take all the time I wanted to with the walk back and forth.  I tracked the distance using and app for my phone.  The app is called jog tracker and tracks distance, speed, elevation changes and maps your path on a map of the area.  Really cool app.  So anyway the walk is .6 of a mile and it took 12 minutes to walk it.So today I went to the gym twice and walked an extra 2.4 miles!

AM:
11 min jog
20 min stair stepper
20 min elliptical machine
30 min bike

PM:
60 min elliptical machine

Dinner was the winner for food today. I cooked some steak as well as some black beans and rice. I added tomato and green pepper to the rice to add some veggies.

Yummy!
