Week 35 Day 2

Rage for PS3 was released today!  I got it and had the time today to play it. WooHoo!

AM:
12 min walk to gym
22 min jog
20 min elliptical machine
20 min stepper
12 min walk home

PM:
75 minutes of weight lifting including squats, assisted pull-ups, dumbbell bench press, flies and dead lifts.

Not a bad day
