Week 36 Day 3

An average day.

I got up hit the gym and had an average day.  Nothing special.  It was rainy so I spent some time playing video games.  I weight lifted in the afternoon and it felt good!

AM:

21 min jogging
30 min elliptical machine

PM:
Assited pull-ups 5 sets
squats 5 sets
over head presses 4 sets

Dead lifts 4 sets
ez-bar curls 4 sets
dumbbell flies 3 sets

And that was my day. I ate heavy on calories but feel good. Starting tomorrow I will go back to adding in the foods I eat as I eat them. That will help keep me tighter on calories.
